Are my spouse and/or dependents eligible to participate in TSP?
No, only full-time benefits-eligible students may participate in the Tuition Assistance Program (TSP).

Are part-time, temporary full-time, or, adjunct students eligible to participate in TSP?
No.

How do I register if I wish to enroll in more than usual academic semester credit hours during a specific academic semester?
One may register for academic semester credit hours in excess of nine during his/her regular student registration assigned time period. One may then register for a TSP course(s) during E-campus registration; designated fees and tuition will be waived by the end of late registration. The remaining balance should appear after the waiver of nine credit hours.

How will I know when to register at the institution I am attending?
All students registration dates will be posted and maintained on the E-campus official website.

Do I need to fill out a TSP application for every semester?
Yes. Please be informed, however, that one application will suffice for both the First and the second semester of the academic year.

What if my E-campus registration ends after the TSP application deadline, but before classes begin?
In an instance such as this, one would not be eligible to attend courses under the TSP program. One may enroll in TSP for the following semester.

If I am changing my academic program/subject/course from one to another or from one university to another, will I be required to complete a new six month provisional period of registration?
No, unless there is a break in service of greater than 30 calendar days.

What happens if I drop a course after the late registration period ends?

One would be ineligible for TSP for one semester.

Can I receive more than one degree under TSP?
Yes.

Are graduate degrees eligible under TSP?
Yes, except for professional programs as indicated in the TSP policy.

Can a student who applied for a dead year at their university and contract is renewed for the next academic year enroll under TSP?
Yes.

Why is there a separate registration period for post graduate students?
Eligible Postgraduate may participate in TSP on a space-available basis, only. Therefore, the registration period follows the regular registration period.

Can I attend an out-of-Africa institution under TSP?
No.

Are private Universities covered by TSP?
Only those in countries where E-campus has agents.

Are on-line degree programs covered by TSP?
On-line degree programs offered by E-campus are covered by TSP. However, students are responsible for paying tuition in excess of the normal tuition amount approved by the E-campus system.

Can I audit a course(s) under TSP?
No. Only courses taken for credit are eligible under TSP.

Is the application fee waived under TSP?
No.

Are executive/premier graduate programs eligible under TSP?
No.

Are continuing education courses covered by TSP?
No.
