Students registering with SRB online must fill in this form in a proper way and with valid information. All the information provided by a student here is sent to the institution mentioned for verification. Any submission of invalid information leads to permanent blockage and denial of SRB services. After submitting in this form, please make sure that you upload all the necessary documents as required to complete the registration. If you use the off line application, please make sure that you attach the required documents on your registration forms before handing them in to our Agents.
