Requirements information
All students registering must be 16 years and older.
Students registering must be proficient in English as all courses and materials are in English
Applicants must prove attendance of high school or completion through the submission of a high school documents or diploma transcripts. The diploma transcripts may be in a language other than English provided the applicant submits, in addition, an official translation document that is notarized prior to submittal.
SRB tailors its programs to qualified individuals from all over Uganda. The website's programs are designed for self-motivated learners. Therefore, Registration to the website is based on a rigorous assessment of each student’s potential for successful completion of the program and tasks they are assigned.
The registration process can be done in two ways:
1) Takes place online and requires the applicant to fill out personal information. You can login and complete the registration at your own pace.
2) Takes place offline, and consists of sending all of the required documents to our agents in any institution.
Part 1 – The Online registration Process for students.
In the online application process you will be required to enter the following information:
Personal information (name, address, etc)
Academic area
Contact information
You will also be asked to submit your academic documents via file upload. The registration Processing time is determined by your country and place of residence.
2- The Offline Application Process
Part 2 takes place offline, in which you will be asked to send SRB the following documents.
High school or college certificate document original and photocopy, a photocopy of your current institution ID. Your diploma and transcript may be original documents, official copies sent directly to Cheap-campus from an official authority, or certified copies that bear original stamps and signatures from a notary public or the issuing institution. If you are still a high school student, you should provide a letter from the D.O.S in your school recommending you.
Making Our Decision
Registration will be considered according to the day of receipt at our Office of Admissions and to the SRB deadline .Each registration form is thoroughly reviewed by our staff and supervised by the Registration Committee.
The criteria for acceptance include the availability of a place in the program chosen by the applicant and the judgment of staff as to the ability of the applicant to successfully fit and participate fully in the program. SRB is not obligated to accept all registration forms.
After being accepted to be part of SRB, all registered will receive information from Student Services regarding their first groupings
NB: Registration on SRB website is different from registration for SRB programs. Registration on SRB website is free of charge and all website profiles are different from class profiles.
Important Instructions
- Take a moment to review your academic details (i.e., degree, major, grades, etc.) at your campus using your email user name and password. Should you find any discrepancies, notify us immediately by sending an email
- Review your account for existing holds and/or outstanding balances.
- After following these steps, you may complete and submit your on campus documents which is a requirement for academic conferral.
Please Note: Your SRB registration should be submitted by the time you start your on campus academic semester. Existing holds and outstanding balances will not prevent academic conferral, but failure to complete and submit the registration in a timely manner will affect your academic conferral date.
- If your address changes after you have registered with SRB, you must update it, and then contact us to request change your address in our system. Updating SRB data alone does not automatically update your mailing address.
Not providing a correct address will cause a delay in receiving your academic assistance as required and could result in incurring charges. Please provide your on campus ID number in all correspondence.
